Between 1946 and 1958, the U.S. detonated 67 nuclear bombs in the Marshall Islands, contaminating the region and leaving generations of Marshallese facing illness. Decades later, many of the survivors and their descendants are building a new life in the United States.
From Executive Producer Errol Morris, this documentary puts viewers directly inside the Marshallese community in Enid, Oklahoma, and helps to put a human face on the issue of nuclear weapons testing.
Post-screening Q&A with filmmakers Kevin Ford and Ty McMahan, with additional guests and moderator TBA!
