Ghost World - 35mm & Difficult People + Q&A

In a special collaboration with writer/comedian, Julie Klausner, we celebrate the Blu-ray release of Difficult People with a 35MM screening of Ghost World (2001), preceded by an episode of Klausner’s cult TV show!

Ghost World is the story of neo-cool Enid (Thora Birch) and Rebecca (Scarlett Johansson) who, faced with graduation from high school, take a hard look at the world they wryly observe and decide what they really want. When Enid takes an interest in the offbeat Seymour (Steve Buscemi) and Rebecca focuses her attention on their mutual romantic fixation Josh (Brad Renfro), the girls’ friendship is forever changed.

Difficult People: The Complete Series stars Julie Klausner and Billy Eichner as two struggling comedians in New York City who hate just about everything in the world except each other. As their personal and professional lives fail to meet their expectations, these aspiring comics take out their frustrations on everyone around them. Their typically irreverent and delightfully meanspirited behavior often lands them in some very awkward situations.
