A companion to Robert Mugge’s acclaimed 1991 film DEEP BLUES, this new feature-length documentary explores the life and work of Southern musician, photographer, and artist Bill Steber, weaving together the musical and visual traditions of the Mississippi Delta and Tennessee’s rich cultural landscape. The screening will be followed by Q&A with Mugge and Steber, moderated by author Aidan Levy.
