Director Susu Laroche presents a behind the scenes glimpse into the making of Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory’s album and the band’s origin in this short documentary playing Monday March 24 at the Roxy. The recording took place at Eurythmics’ former studio, The Church  in London and was a collaborative effort between band members and producer Marta Salogni. Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory  is comprised of Sharon Van Etten (Lead Vocals, Guitar) , Jorge Balbi (Drums, Machines), Devra Hoff (Bass, Vocals) and Teeny Lieberson (Synth, Piano, Guitar, Vocals).

The documentary will be followed by a screening of live footage of the band performing in the Church filmed during their session.

After a brief intermission, Eraserhead (1977, David Lynch), selected by Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory, will be screened.
