In Memories of Underdevelopment, a disillusioned bourgeois intellectual drifts through the streets of Havana, observing the society in flux. Blending documentary with fiction, this bold and introspective film captures the dreams of the Cuban revolution, and the disillusionment that followed, portraying a man and a nation caught between the past and the future.
